PVC/PE/PP/PU Core Wire Insulation Extrusion Line is an non-standardized equipment with customization. The main machine model is generally 30-65mm. It is suitable for solid core extrusion of electronic wires, signal wires and other wires. The extrusion temperature is medium to low temperature. It is the industry's mainstream core wire extrusion equipment. An desirable core wire insulation extruder has the following characteristics: uniform screw plasticization, accurate temperature control, high machine head concentricity, stable wire diameter tolerance, stable pay-off, and take-up tension, and high overall machine production efficiency. Honeycomb plate The machine is made of 316 stainless steel without electroplating. It has an internally guided flow structure, with flow holes interconnected by chamfers with no dead corners. The honeycomb plate and flange are sealed with a tapered sealant to prevent leakage.
Head type ​U7-type auto centering extruder head, deep groove low-pressure outer runner uniform pressure movement, can be customized with different structures such as single layer/double layer/single injection strip/double injection strips etc., adjustable and other type(auto centering + micro adjustable) can also be customized.
