Capstan type | The rotating capstan is placed in front of the main twister, separated from the main unit. The rotating body is driven by an independent motor. It has a multi-groove double-wheel capstan system, with the capstan wheel as the fixed wheel. The external motor drives the capstan wheel to rotate through a mechanical structure. The driven wheel is the free wheel that can have linear reciprocating displacement. The external servo motor transmits constant tension to the driven wheel through mechanical transmission. PRODUCT FEATURES
● Efficient Speed: The single twisting cantilever is subjected to static and dynamic balance testing and calibration, resulting in less vibration and low noise. The main spindle operates at high speed continuously without generating heat, guaranteeing efficient speed.
● Accurate Pitch: The external rotating capstan drives multiple strands of wire movement, creating an accurate and stable pitch before the main twisting machine.
Due to the constant bottom diameter of the capstan wheel and the absence of other interfering factors, the pitch remains precise and stable.
● Stable tension: Torque outputed by the servo motor is transmitted to the driven wheel on the rotating capstan, and the take-up tension is kept constant from the empty to the full reel, so that the finished wire is not damaged due to the size of the loaded reel.
● Efficient wire arrangement: The wire arrangement process adopts a box-shaped structure, where the wire reel moves back and forth in a straight line along with the wire take-up box, ensuring a neatly organized wire arrangement.
● Less Bending: The design of the capstan roller and the wire guide wheels adopt a large diameter, reducing the bending of the wire and avoiding damage to the pitch.
● Easier Operation: The machine base is barrier-free, without any crawling ramps. The wire spools can be directly pushed into the machine for loading and unloading, making the operation effortless.
● Intelligent: Recipe management, allowing for one-click retrieval of SOP recipes, one-click preparation for start-up, and one-click activation; Dynamic feedback on twist pitch and torque return is provided, fault detection, cable breakage detection, meter-to-shutdown, intelligent control.
Easy maintenance: Customers outside of China can customize the use of the Profinet bus control, which ensures fast and low-interference signal transmission.
