    Line Equipment Assessment (LEA):
    Focuses on maintenance and availability issues. Experienced technicians inspect every component of your production line over one to three days, depending on the line type. A written report is provided, offering current status and improvement suggestions. This report is a valuable guide for your maintenance team to plan preventive measures, minimizing unexpected downtime.

    Line Performance Review (LPR):
    A comprehensive evaluation of your production line, addressing current and future needs. This review considers equipment condition, process settings, tooling, and operational and maintenance practices. Spanning two to four days, depending on service scope and line type, it includes evaluations during operation, downtime, and restarts. A complete report with recommendations tailored to your needs is provided—ideal when planning production line relocations.

    Process Study (PS):
    Assesses the production line's capability and quality for specific product catalogs. GEMWELL’s seasoned experts analyze production processes and operations, identifying key areas for improvement to achieve goals like capacity optimization, quality enhancement, or startup efficiency. On-site evaluations typically last one to three days.

    Technical Inspection (TI):
    Addresses specific technical issues, helping devise action plans to prevent production interruptions. Whether dealing with host machine failures, tooling issues, or abnormal equipment performance, your maintenance team can benefit from GEMWELL’s service expertise.
