Conductor  Drawing  



1. In-house Conductor Production:
If the copper demanding amount is significant, customers must invest in wire drawing machines and copper stranding machines, resulting in a longer manufacturing process.


2. Purchased Conductors:
If the copper demanding amount is not significant, customers can avoid the need to purchase front-end copper wire processing equipment, resulting in a shorter production process.

Core Wire Extrusion  



1. Core Extrusion Line Configuration:
A 70-90 extruder is generally selected, compatible with materials such as PE, PVC, and LSZH.


2. Auxiliary Equipment Configuration:
* Dual-head active pay-off (or trolley pay-off)
* Preheater
* Strip injection extruder
* Temperature-controlled movable water tank
* Printer
* Double-layer water tank
* 500 capstan
* Horizontal (or vertical) accumulator
* Dual-head semi-automatic shaft-change take-up (or large-spool take-up)
* Etc.


3. Optional Testing Equipment can be selected for additional specific needs:
* Spark tester
* Laser diameter gauge
* Lump detectors
* Etc. 

Pair Twisting  



1. Pair Twisting Machine Configuration:
For the production of small cross-section power cables, pair twisting machine is typically used in replace of single twisting machine to increase efficiency, with model of 800, 1000, and 1250.


2. Auxiliary Equipment Configuration:
* Active pay-off (or passive pay-off), the number of wire pay-offs is determined based on customer requirements.
* Wire collector stand
* Taping machine
* Longitude taping machine


3. Testing Equipment: 
A spark tester is generally selected. 

Cabling     



1. Cabling Main Twister Configuration:
For medium to large power cable cross-sectional areas, a 1000/1250 cantilever single twister is used for multi core wire stranding.


2. Auxiliary Equipment Configuration:
* Active pay-off (or passive tension pay-off), the number of pay-off heads depending on customer demand.
* Wire collector stand
* Taping machine
* Longitude taping machine


3. Testing Equipment is generally selected:
* Spark tester

Braided Shielding  Layer  



1. Standard Power Cable Production Configuration:
Standard power cables are manufactured without a braiding process. However, by integrating a braiding machine, the production line can be expanded to accommodate various other cable types.


2. Braiding Machine Configuration:
Braiding machines with 16 spindles are typically employed.


3. Optional Braiding Machine Features:
Braiding machines can be equipped with either mechanical pitch control or electronic pitch control.

Sheath  Extrusion  



1. Sheathe Extrusion Line Configuration: 
A 70-100 extruder model is typically selected, suitable for PVC, PE, TPE, TPU, LSZF etc..


2. Auxiliary Equipment Configuration: 
* Double-head active pay-off
* Front capstan
* Powder machine
* Movable water tank
* Oil ink printer (or inkjet coder)
* 15-meter water tank
* 600-800 double wheel capstan
* Wire accumulator
* Wire cutting machine
* Double-head shaft take-up (or large spool take-up)
* Etc.


3. Testing Equipment: 
* Spark testers
* Diameter gauges devices
* Etc.
