ing machines, resulting in a longer manufacturing
process.
2.Purchased Conductors:
Customers can avoid the need to purchase front-endcopper wire processing equipment, resulting in a
shorter prpduction process.
1. Core Extrusion Line Configuration:
A 30-50 extruder is generally selected, compatible with materials such as PVC, PE, TPE, and LSZF etc.. For the production of high-temperature electronic wires, a FEP high-temperature Teflon extruder is preferred.
2. Auxiliary Equipment Configuration:
* Single-head pay-off
* Preheater
* Straightening frame
* Temperature-controlled water tank
* Printer
* 10-meter water tank (or double-layer water tank)
* 380 capstan
* Horizontal wire accumulator stand
* Double-head shaft take-up
* Etc.
3. Optional Testing Equipment can be selected such as:
* Spark tester
* Laser diameter gauge
* Lump detectors
* Etc.
Braided Shielding Layer
1. Braided Shielding Configuration for Electronic Wires:
Specific types of electronic wires require a braided shielding layer over the insulation layer.
A 16-spindle braiding machine is available for this configuration.
2. Braiding Machine Options:
Braiding machines can be equipped with either mechanical pitch control or electronic pitch control systems.
